We offer a wide range of services, and help, in and around your home.

 Services Offered

Here is a taste of some of the services offered by Inside Out Fife:

 

  • One off or regular, general home cleaning (very little we can't/won't do!)

  • Deep clean of properties

  • Garden tidyup; general weeding, lifting of leaves, grass cutting, hedge trimming, repotting plants, planting bulbs, pruning and more!

  • General DIY tasks, replacing bulbs, small decorating tasks, putting up blinds/curtain poles, refelting shed roofs, painting fences and sheds, jetwashing slippery areas & more!

  • General assistance offered with IT, help to change utilities online, helping/teaching how to access email, basic assistance in filling forms etc, and more.

  • Small removals, rubbish removal*, recycling bank runs, and more! This will be charged at the relevant rate for the type of refuse to be removed, plus our costs, as 3rd party charges for refuse recycling are variable per type of waste. Please contact us for more details!

  • Assistance with shopping; help with getting mealtimes sorted, help with pets, changing beds, washing etc.

  • Help to put together flat pack furniture, outside benches etc.
